Winter Park

Last weekend we were lucky enough to be invited to Winter Park by our friends Scott, Heidi, and Will. It was such a great weekend and felt wonderful just to get out of town for a bit! Magnolia had a fantastic time with her little buddy Will. They got to go sledding, play with toys and even played at the park. They are just so stinkin' cute together and I feel fortunate that Magnolia has such a great little pal. Thank you so much for the weekend Hace family! We loved it!

Happy Easter

Magnolia had a wonderful Easter. She must have been very good lately because she sure got a lot of fun stuff from the Easter bunny. Her favorite gift is a purple flower balloon. That balloon goes wherever Magnolia goes in the house and even has to float above her while she eats! She also got to hunt for Easter eggs in our neighborhood the day before Easter. It was very windy that day but she still had a ton of fun! It was beautiful on Easter day so we were able to hang out in the back while we grilled our Easter dinner.

Grandma, grandpa and Katie

Magnolia had another big week last week. My parents along with my sister, Katie, came out to visit us. It was so much fun! Katie had never been to Colorado or seen mountains before so we had so much fun showing her around. We went to the zoo one day, shopping another and even took a trip into the mountains. There was no doubt about it, Magnolia charmed everyone and just loved having them out to visit!

BIKE!!!

Magnolia is obsessed with bikes. She loves watching people ride bikes and will point out any and every bike she sees. David and I finally decided to get Magnolia a bike of her own as an Easter present. She is so in love with her bike and talks about it many many many times a day! I am sure there will be more pictures to come of Magnolia on her bike!

Grammy and Pappa

David's parents came last week and Magnolia had a blast! She was so excited to show them all of her new tricks and to tell them all of her new words! She loved having her grammy and pappa play with her and give her special treats that her mommy and daddy do not give her! :) Magnolia showed them how she can push Will in the stroller, took them to her favorite swimming pool and got to read many books with them. Her grammy even brought snow inside for her one day so she could play with it sitting in her highchair. What fun!

Dancing Queen

Magnolia and I had a very exciting weekend. We went to Omaha for my cousin's wedding and boy did Magnolia have fun! She stayed up the latest that she has ever been up... she was way to busy dancing the night away to think about bedtime! She was up until 11:30! Magnolia got to see so much family. She saw her grandparents, great grandparents, great aunts and uncles, second cousins, a cousin, and aunt and uncle. She is one lucky girl!

Little Blossom

Here is Miss Magnolia Claire in her flower towel. The first picture is last weekend (age: 20 months) and the second picture is of her as a baby (age: 1 month). Oh how time flies!

Funny story: When I went to get Magnolia this morning from her crib she was naked! The crazy girl learned how to take her pajamas off! I am now hoping she doesnt figure out how to take the diaper off too!!!

Another funny: Our dryer makes a very annoying beeping sound when its done. Every time it goes off Magnolia says "whass that?" The other day it went off and David beat her to the punch and said "Whats that??" Magnolia looks at him and says "Laundry's done!!!" Ahh this girl is so much smarter than what she wants us to think!
