Well we did it, we took the plunge. We got Keegan's haircut! We have been saying that around his second birthday we would cut it and yesterday was the day! He was such a trooper and did a great job sitting. He took his sister's approach to things like this and was very serious. As hard as it was to cut those curls off I must admit he looks adorable! He looks much much older and very handsome!

Happy 2nd birthday to our amazing Keegan Cooper!! Keegan is truly one of a kind and we love him for that! He is such a social little guy and keeps us on our toes with all of the stuff he comes up! He definitely knows how to charm the socks off of everyone he meets and makes us belly laugh more than we thought possible. (He is also giving us gray hair faster than we thought possible as well!!) Keegan turned 2 yesterday and had a great day (or should I say couple of days!). On Saturday night our friends came over for a Thomas The Train themed pizza party. It was a great night and I am pretty sure Keegan had a blast! Keegan is not a huge fan of cake so we got an ice cream cake in hopes that he would like that... he loved it! Yesterday we had a fun morning at a park where Keegan LOVED to go down a huge slide. After nap time our friend James came up for dinner. It was a great couple of days and we had such a blast celebrating this little man of ours!
3,661. That is the number of days I have been lucky enough to be married to my best friend and the most amazing man I have ever met. We had our 10 year anniversary last week and were able to go out on a date this past Friday to celebrate. The date was fantastic! We went to a new restaurant and had such a lovely dinner! I love this man more than he will ever know and honored to be married to him!

Well... my baby is at her first day of kindergarten right now! I just can't believe we are officially a school age family! I know people say that time flies when you have little ones, but that is an understatement! This mama is having a hard time wrapping my brain around the fact that my baby girl is now in elementary school! I have truly charished every day the past 6 years. I knew that this moment would be here before I knew it and I tried not to blink. As hard as it is to send my baby off I am very thankful. I am thankful for this happy, healthy child of ours. I am thankful for the amazing school that she gets to go to. I am thankful that I was able to stay home the past 6 years and enjoy watching her change and grow on a daily basis. I couldn't be more proud of little miss Magnolia. She was all smiles walking to school and was very excited to go this morning. Her best friend from preschool is in her class so Magnolia was so happy to see her and walk into the classroom together. She showed no sign of first day jitters and was eager to learn the ropes of kindergarten! Fingers crossed that the first day met (or even exceeded!) her expectations and she loves it as much as I am hoping she does! Now... how many more minutes until I get to go pick her up?!?!? :)

Seriously, could there be any cuter pictures in one post?! These are some of my all time favorite pictures! So sorry there are so many, I just couldn't narrow it down anymore! My kids had so much fun on the shores of Lake Superior! They loved being on a boat, kayak, floating on a tube, or just playing in the sand. Keegan learned that he loves wild beach peas and truly could not eat them fast enough. These kids were born to be by water!
