Magnolia turned 6 yesterday! It is so hard to believe how old she is getting, these past 6 years have gone by so fast! Magnolia is such a sweet, loving, compassionate and funny little girl. I am so proud of who she is and love her more than she will ever know! We had a really wonderful day for her birthday. David and I started the day by bringing her a lemon danish in bed. Boy did she think that was cool! We then opened presents and played with her new stuff. We went to her favorite place, Noodles, for lunch and then got ready for her birthday party. This year we had her party at a gymnastic center with 6 of her friends. It went so smoothly and fun was had by all! It was such a great day! As we were driving home from her party she started to tell me what she wanted to do next year for her party. I told her that we were going to appreciate and enjoy the day and not even think about next year. Her response "Ok mom, I will just talk to you about it tomorrow." Ahh my little party planner is always hard at work! :) Happy Birthday Magnolia! We love you!!!!

Happy Father's Day to the most incredible, loving, funny, and compassionate dad around! My kids (and I) are beyond lucky to have David! There isn't a day that goes by that I don't appreciate and love David and everything he does for us. He is truly the best of the best! We were traveling back from Minnesota on Sunday so we didn't get to pamper David nearly as much as he deserves, but I hope he know just how much we love him! The picture frame pictures was one of his presents. We had to work very hard to get 3 good pictures but it turned out better than I expected!

This past weekend we went back to Minnesota for a busy and fun-filled weekend. It was my cousins graduation weekend from Carlton. This is one of the cousins I babysat for all of my years in college. I was at many of her birthday parties and even had her spend the night in my apartment when I was in college. I wasn't going to miss her graduation for anything! She means so much to me and I absolutely adore her. We got there Friday and I was able to go to a few social hours with her, my aunt and other cousin. We then went to our hotel and swam with Magnolia and Keegan. Magnolia had an absolute blast and was beyond excited because she was able go on the waterslides all by herself. I then got to go to the graduation ceremony on Saturday morning while David and the kids slept in and went swimming again. We then went to the park for the graduation party. The biggest bummer of the weekend was the weather. My aunt had picked out such a wonderful park and planned so many fun things to do for the kids to do but it was so rainy that we didn't get much of a chance to enjoy. Oh well, we got to see family, which is all that is really important! Congratulations Sydney! I am so proud of you and love you bunches and bunches! Thank you for sharing your special weekend with us!!

We went to our annual Colorado Rockies game this past weekend. Since David's parents were here Francyne stayed home with Keegan and we brought Bob to the game with us. Magnolia was an absolute delight and loved every second we were there. She managed to eat a hot dog, a box of popcorn, an entire cotton candy, some kettle corn and a juice box. I was shocked that she didn't get a tummy ache! She sat and cheered on the Rockies and just plain had fun! As much as I love babies and little kids I must admit it was so much fun bringing her now that she is getting older! Such a fun night!
