Magnolia had an eventful week last week. She was sick for several days and also had her 19 month check up. Let me first say thank you to my uncle Chris who calmed my nerves late Sunday night when I called him worried about my little peanut! She had a high fever and literally laid on David or my lap for 20 straight hours. Poor thing! By Tuesday she was back to her old self... rarely stopping long enough to give us hugs!
At the 19 month check up we learned that we have a very normal and healthy growing girl! She is up to 26 lbs and is 32 inches tall. She continues to have a huge head that is off the charts, but I am guessing that will be the case the rest of her life! She did such a good job at the doctors appointment. She is so funny because she takes things like that so seriously and is all business throughout the whole appointment.
I have decided to add a funny story about Magnolia to each of my blog entries from now on. She is the biggest goof ball around and want to share some of our laughter with those of you who cant see her on a daily basis. The story for the week: Magnolia and I were in the kitchen when I thought I smelled poop coming from Mags. I told her to come over by me so that I could check her diaper. Well, I did not find poop in her diaper, but what I did find was my library card! The little stinker had taken my card from the desk and hid it in her diaper! Ahh... living with a 1 1/2 year old! :)
