Beautiful Ballerina

This morning after her bath we put Magnolia in a little ballerina outfit and got the camera out! She had so much fun being a girlie girl! I think her sister Ziggy felt a bit left out not having such a pretty outfit to wear! :)
Magnolia has been a real crack up this week... she has learned to make some new noises and is a pro at using sign language when she wants more food! Last night after I laid her down for bed we heard this big boom from her room. I ran upstairs, scared to death, only to realize that Magnolia had reached out of her crib to a table that had a stack of books. She managed to get one of those books into her crib and was laying and reading "Good Night Moon" when I peaked in on her. Oh so cute! I have never seen a baby love books as much as she does!

Maki Parents

David's parents were here this week and we had the most beautiful weather! We all tried to get outside as much as possible and soak it all in. These pictures were from a walk we took in our neighborhood. We tried out Magnolia's new back pack and she loved it! Bob also thought it would be great fun for Ziggy if she could slide with her sister... and he was right! Magnolia had a great week and thinks that she is the luckiest girl around because she got to see all of her grandparents in one week!

Gosh, I feel like I haven't blogged in such a long time! Magnolia has been a bit under the weather lately so the camera has gotten a bit dusty! She had a cold, tummy virus and was teething all at the same time. She handled it like a champ and is now back to her old self. She has a new top tooth and another that looks like it is going to pop out any minute! It is finally starting to warm up here in Idaho. Magnolia and her daddy went on a long bike ride yesterday. She did great, and even fell asleep! Sounds like my kind of bike ride! :) It is supposed to be 75 here today so her and I will be off to the park when she gets up from her nap.
I took this picture of her this morning. Her hair seems to get crazier every day. Its kind of fun to get her up in the morning just to see what her hair is going to look like!
